The Purple Mile

Date: Monday, 09th Sep 2019 | Category: Uncategorised

News of a new campaign ‘THE PURPLE MILE’ that Kaleidoscope are running to raise awareness of Suicide Prevention Day on Tuesday 10th September.

We are aiming this campaign at workplaces and schools to get involved to raise money for suicide prevention services delivered by #TeamKPG.

Our aim for the day is to get as many people to:

1)      Wear the colour purple (which symbolises ‘being there for one another’)

2)      Pledge to walk a mile with one another (to get some fresh air and to connect with others)

3)      Share some photos (for us to be able to share your involvement on our social media channels)

4)      Donate £1 each to support #TeamKPG (all monies raised will go towards our suicide prevention and bereavement services for those affected by suicide)
